I have all these wonderful Australian fabrics, being Australian it is hard not to buy them. But what to do with them! While taking a workshop with Elizabeth Mini I realized that her technique for patchwork was perfect. But I wanted to do something different than machine quilting so I used beads. The beading is inspired by Australian aboriginal paintings that are done using lots of little dots.
